The Virtual VLM took place on 4th October 2020 on a wet and windy day. Despite the conditions, there was plenty of support for our runners who ran along the Medway. A huge congratulation to all who participated.
We continued to meet at the club on both a Tuesday and Thursday night with some good attendances. The COVID rules, including track and trace, were followed which meant adhering to both the government and England Athletics guidance.
As the weather became colder and darker, we began to meet under the stand instead of on the edge of the cricket pitch. It will be great when circumstances allow us to meet inside again.
Towards the end of the month, we saw both Nigel and Dave B complete the Beachy Head Marathon with good times.
